MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
Wednesday, February 13, from 8–11am

Please join us for our weekly 8–11am “mindfulness practice” sessions. The sessions begin at 8am, 9am and 10am.

Who can attend: Everybody. In particular, beginning students are welcome. If you need beginning instruction on mindfulness (= shamatha) practice, please get in touch with us beforehand.
Parking: It will depend on the weather. If it is icy, walk carefully.
