7–8:30pm Kagyü Ngöndro Class: PROSTRATIONS

The topic of the second of the five classes on the Kagyü Ngöndro will be “prostrations” and will include a line by line discussion of the prostration liturgy.
Prerequisites: Ngöndro students. But also new practitioners who have a stable shamatha background and who have a strong connection with the Karma Kagyü lineage can apply to attend.
