Hybrid: The Great Peacock’s Four Ways & Sitting Practice

In person at KCCL

Saturday, May 11, from 9:00am to 12:00am (AT)

Description: The Great Peacock refers to the bird’s fabled capacity to eat poison and transmute it into the brilliant colours of its tail. It is a symbol in Tibetan Buddhism to represent the spiritual process of transforming emotional energy (kleshas) into wisdom energy. Its four ways are: abandoning, remedying, transforming and self-liberation. These ways will be addressed in the context of sitting meditation.
Who can attend: Everyone is welcome. You can either join “in person” at KCCL or “online” with the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89287531816?pwd=eVRQY2tweFZCR29hTVJmV0JIa0REUT09
