Shamatha-Vipashyana Intensive Sunday, February 24, from 9am to 5pm Description: This Intensive will include a short review of the śamatha-vipaśyana practice. You can also join in for single sessions, starting, 9am, 10am, 11am, 2pm, 3 pm and 4pm. Suggested contribution: $10 (including lunch) Contact: kccl.contact@gmail.com;  902-576-3655.
