9:00am–5:00pm “Shamatha-Tonglen-Devotion” Combo

Description: Picking up the themes from Khandro Rinpoche's recent teachings at Dalhousie University, we will do a "combo" of shamatha practice mixed with tonglen practice and a devotional practice. As for the latter, we will perform the Sadhana of Mahamudra, at 4pm.
