MINDFULNESS PRACTICE Wednesday, from 8–11am Please join us for our weekly 8–11am “mindfulness practice” sessions. The sessions begin at 8am, 9am and 10am. Who can attend: Everybody. In particular, beginning students are welcome. If you need beginning instruction on mindfulness (= shamatha) practice, please get in touch with us beforehand.

5–6pm Mindfulness

Please join us for our daily 5–6pm mindfulness practice session (śamatha-vipaśyanā mahāmudrā). You are also welcome to stay on for evening chants (6–6:30pm) and a light dinner (usually soup).

7:00–8:30pm Tantra Class: Creation and Completion

3–9pm Cakrasaṃvara Feast

Monthly Cakrasaṃvara feast practice, open to sādhakas who have received the Cakrasaṃvara abhiṣheka. Bring your liturgy and practice implements. In case you have concerns about driving back home at night after the feast, we usually have space for you to stay overnight. $5 for participants contributing food to the pot-luck; $10 for participants who don’t.

We in general practice from 8–10am Vajrayoginī, but prior and post to the Cakrasaṃvara Feast Day and Intensive Day, we practice Cakrasaṃvara from 8–10am. And yes, on Wednesday mornings we have Mindfulness practice from 8–11am.
