This monthly occurring Vajrayoginī Intensive is designed to not only rejuvenate but also to go deeper into our Vajrayoginī practice. The Intensive (suggested: $ 15) is open to sādhakas who have received the Vajrayoginī abhiṣeka. Bring your liturgy and practice implements.

5–6pm Mindfulness

Please join us for our daily 5–6pm mindfulness practice session (śamatha-vipaśyanā mahāmudrā). You are also welcome to stay on for evening chants (6–6:30pm) and a light dinner (usually soup).
